Fayetteville typically has plenty of foreclosures around but this one is in a well established neighborhood near Cross Creek Mall and other major shopping areas. It’s a 1970’s house so probably needs some updating on the interior but it looks well maintained as do the other houses in the neighborhood. According to the tax value there is quite a bit of equity if you can get near the minimum bid price.
